Michigan Young Adult Summer Hiking Pilgrimage

Join young adults from across the state of Michigan this summer for a Catholic pilgrimage weekend of camping, prayer, friendship, and a 13.5-mile hike to the Shrine of the Cross in the Woods in Indian River.

Who:  Young adults ages 18-39 are welcome

When: July 23-25, 2021

Where: Pilgrimage to the National Shrine of the Cross in the Woods in Indian River & camping nearby.

Cost: $45 per person

Intercessions – April 11, 2021, 2nd Sunday of Easter

Priest: Jesus Christ is risen from the dead! We have not seen but we do believe. In humble confidence we lift up our prayers….

  1. That the glory of the resurrection fill the Church and empower us all to joyfully and effectively spread the good news of the mercy of God, let us pray to the Lord….                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
  1. For newly baptized Keely; for Andrew, newly received into the Church, for Gabrielle, soon to be confirmed and receive First Communion and for all those hungry for the gift of faith, let us pray to the Lord….
  1. That we succeed in our battle against the coronavirus, let us pray to the Lord….
  1. That our faith community may grow in spirit, effective service and prayer, let us pray to the Lord….
  1. For deep faith, love and courage in those being called to serve as religious sisters, brothers, priests and deacons. May they respond wholeheartedly, let us pray to the Lord….
  1. That our generous response to the Diocesan Services Appeal, the DSA, empower us to better live and share our faith, let us pray to the Lord….
  1. For all who have gone before us and those who grieve them, in particular…
