Intercessions – January 30, 2022

Priest:  in humble confidence, we lift up our prayers….

  1. For a faith courageous enough to be open to the challenges of prophecy and the demands of ongoing conversion, let us pray to the Lord….                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
  1. That we may recognize the unfailing power of love and seek to give it even more than receive it, let us pray to the Lord….
  1. For a breakthrough soon in our long battle against the coronavirus, let us pray to the Lord….
  1. That we may trust God at all times, in all things and certainly in our fundraising efforts, let us pray to the Lord….
  1. For our young people, our schools, and in a special way for our Catholic schools here at the start of National Catholic Schools week, let us pray to the Lord….
  1. That those in jail and prison find cause for hope and be assured that they are not forgotten or dismissed as worthless, let us pray to the Lord….
  1. For all who have gone before us and those who grieve them, in particular…
